Poll Context: Ivanka Trump appeared on the CBS Morning News program and was asked by Noran O’Donnel if her father was a “groper”, based on allegations that surfaced in a New York Times “investigation” of Donald Trump’s relationships with various women.
“I’m not in every interaction my father has,” Ivanka said, obviously uncomfortable with the question. “But he’s not a groper. It’s not who he is. And I’ve known my father obviously my whole life. And he has total respect for women. He was promoting women in development and construction at a time when it was unheard of. There was no trend towards equality in the real estate and construction industry back in the 1980s. And he was doing it because he believes ultimately in merit.”
So it is obviously now fine for the press to questions Trump’s daughter, but what about Bill. Should Chelsea be questioned on Juanita Broaddrick’s allegations that Bill Clinton raped her?
