This election may well come down to young Americans and millennials to decide our next president so the message sent out by these two very public young women could be an important factor in how those young people vote.
During an interview with Matt Lauer, Chelsea was asked if she was still friends with Ivanka Trump. Chelsea says they are ‘absolutely’ friends,
‘I think it was clear last week, when Ivanka introduced her dad, that she’s so proud of him. I hope it will be at least as clear why I’m so proud of my mom when I introduce her here in Philadelphia.
‘And yet clearly Ivanka and I have very different views on who we think should be our president and who would be best for the country,’ Chelsea said.
But Chelsea derided the ‘divisive and bigoted’ rhetoric coming from the Trump campaign.
A few days ago, Chelsea challenged Ivanka over her claims that The Donald would get behind equal pay for working moms.
So if these two young women debated, who would resonate better with the millennials?
